The Space: The apartment has a private entrance and reserved parking, offering a warm, historic atmosphere. It features a cozy living room, a double bedroom, and a spacious masonry kitchen with a fireplace, equipped with every comfort: induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a complimentary bottle of Chianti DOCG. The bathroom includes a shower, washer-dryer, and courtesy kit. Outside, an old stone staircase leads to your private garden—a peaceful spot with breathtaking views of the Tuscan Apennines, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. Nature & Connections: The location is ideal for those seeking tranquility without sacrificing convenience: a pleasant 20-minute countryside walk brings you to the center of San Casciano.
